SiteRun is operated by Zenora Digital Pty Ltd. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the SiteRun marketing website and SaaS application.

We may collect contact details, business details, form submissions, account information, support messages and usage information needed to provide and improve SiteRun.

Operational records in the app

SiteRun may store job records, client details, site addresses, worker activity, uploaded photos, notes, timestamps, attachments and audit history entered by customers and their users.

These records may include personal information about workers, site contacts or customers where that information is entered into a job record or captured during ordinary use of the product.

How information is used

We use information to provide SiteRun, respond to enquiries, maintain account security, process billing inside the app, support customers and meet legal or operational requirements.

Service providers

SiteRun may use trusted service providers for hosting, email delivery, file storage, payments, analytics, logging and customer support. Providers only receive information needed for their role.

Access and correction

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information where applicable. Business account owners can manage many records inside SiteRun. Account deletion requests can be started from the account deletion page.
