Terms of Service

These terms apply to use of SiteRun, operated by Zenora Digital Pty Ltd. They are written for clarity and should be reviewed by a qualified legal adviser before production launch.

Using SiteRun

Customers are responsible for ensuring their users have authority to access business records, job information, worker details, photos and site data entered into SiteRun.

Account responsibility

Account owners are responsible for user access, role permissions, data entered into the system and keeping account contact details current.

Billing, taxes and plan changes

Paid plans are billed in AUD through the SiteRun app. Billing, plan changes and payment handling are managed through Stripe inside the product.

Prices may exclude taxes that apply. Cancellation, refund, trial and renewal wording should be confirmed during legal and billing review before public launch.

Acceptable use

SiteRun must not be used to upload unlawful material, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service or store content that the customer does not have permission to use.

Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but interruptions may occur for maintenance, incidents, network issues or third-party service interruptions.

Limitation

SiteRun supports operational record keeping, but customers remain responsible for trade compliance, safety procedures, legal obligations and business decisions.

Business records

Some job records, worker activity, uploaded photos, audit logs, invoices or security records may need to be retained for operational, billing, tax, legal or audit reasons.
