Billing and Plans

Billing is handled securely inside the SiteRun app. Business admins choose the plan that matches how the crew works today and can upgrade as the business adds more structure.

SiteRun reports screen showing operational summaries, exports and practical records for office admins.
Business admins can compare plans, open the Stripe billing portal and review seat allowance from the Billing view.

Workflow

  1. Open Billing from the app navigation as a business admin.
  2. Compare Solo, Crew and Business by the workflows the business needs, not by hype.
  3. Use Stripe Checkout for the initial paid plan setup.
  4. Use the Stripe billing portal for invoices, payment methods and subscription changes.
  5. For Business, adjust extra worker seats only when the crew grows past the included allowance.

Operational notes

  • Solo is for owner-operators who need job records, notes and before/after photos.
  • Crew adds worker assignment, Today run sheet, prestarts, travel and time on site.
  • Business adds the morning dashboard, admin controls, reports, exports and vehicle readiness rules.
  • SiteRun checks plan and seat requests on the server. The client does not control prices, plan IDs or subscription state.

Common mistakes to avoid

  • Choosing a plan before creating one real job and understanding the workflow.
  • Expecting workers to manage invoices or payment settings.
  • Assuming a plan change is active before Stripe confirms it.

Mobile notes

  • Billing is best managed by an owner or admin, not a field worker onsite.
  • Workers do not see payment settings.
  • Use Account Controls or Help if a worker cannot access a job after a billing change.
