Frequently asked questions
Is SiteRun a quoting or invoicing platform?
No. SiteRun focuses on operational job records, worker coordination, site photos, readiness, time and closeout. Quoting, invoicing and accounting should stay in the systems the business already trusts for finance.
Can workers use SiteRun on phones onsite?
Yes. Workers get a phone-first Today dashboard with required actions, assigned jobs, blocked reasons, maps, check-in, photos, notes and sign-off.
What happens if a check-in is blocked?
The worker can still view the job, address, access notes, schedule and contact details. SiteRun only blocks field actions such as check-in, arrival, onsite timer or completion until the required task is handled.
Are photos attached to the job record?
Yes. Photos are treated as evidence records with job association, upload time and worker attribution where available.
Can admins export reports?
Yes. Admins can generate or export practical records such as completion reports, evidence packs, worker activity and operational summaries.
How does vehicle readiness work?
Admins can add vehicles or assets, require prestarts, track defects and optionally block check-in when a required vehicle check is incomplete or a critical defect is open.
Does SiteRun replace accounting software?
No. SiteRun is for operations and records. Accounting software should remain the system for invoices, tax, payroll and finance.
Is SiteRun built for Australian trades?
Yes. The language, workflows and pricing are designed around Australian trade and construction businesses that need practical job oversight without enterprise rollout.
