Worker Management

Worker management in SiteRun is about operational access. Workers should see the jobs they need and the actions they are allowed to perform.

How to invite workers, manage active status, review assignments, control access and keep worker activity visible in SiteRun.

SiteRun operations dashboard showing alerts, required actions, today jobs and recent activity for Eastside Electrical Co.
Admins can review active users, assigned work, missed check-ins and sign-off follow-up from the operations view.

Workflow

  1. Add or invite the worker using their work email.
  2. Set the worker role and keep permissions practical.
  3. Assign jobs so the worker Today dashboard has useful work to show.
  4. Review last seen, onsite status, uploads and pending sign-offs.
  5. Deactivate workers who should no longer access business records.

Operational notes

  • Workers should not need billing, admin controls or super admin areas.
  • Inactive workers should be kept out of new assignments while preserving old audit history.
  • Worker activity is useful because it links a person to notes, photos, sign-offs and timestamps.

Common mistakes to avoid

  • Sharing one login across the crew.
  • Giving admin access to workers who only need job updates.
  • Deleting history instead of deactivating access.
