Workflow
- For a forgotten workspace name, check the original invite or an old SiteRun email, then try the workspace name again because it is not case-sensitive.
- For an expired or used magic link, request a fresh link from the device you want to use.
- For native app sign-in, open the email link on the same phone or tablet where the app is installed.
- For failed uploads, keep the job open if possible, reconnect and retry the upload before taking duplicate photos.
- For missing jobs, check the worker is assigned to the job, the job is scheduled in the expected window and the account is in the right workspace.
- For privacy, account deletion or legal document questions, use the account deletion page, privacy policy, terms page or contact privacy@siterun.app.
Operational notes
- Magic links are single-use. Reusing a link after opening it on another device is expected to fail.
- Workers only see assigned jobs. An admin should check assignment before treating a missing worker job as a data issue.
- Queued notes or uploads should not be cleared by deleting browser/app data during poor signal.
- Account deletion starts a review because business-owned records, billing records, audit logs and backups may need retention.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Trying the same expired magic link repeatedly.
- Misspelling the workspace name, then assuming the email address is wrong.
- Clearing app data before offline notes or uploads have synced.
- Asking a worker to manage a billing or admin issue from the field.
Mobile notes
- Keep Help reachable from More on mobile.
- Workers should screenshot or copy any support error before refreshing if the message is unusual.
- Use privacy@siterun.app for privacy, access, correction or deletion questions.
